I think our little pumpkin knew this was
a special celebration just for her.
When it came time for birthday cake she didn't know what to do. It's not everyday that we sit her in front of her very own pumpkin-carob cheesecake and encourage her to go at it.
Ben got her started and then she caught on fast. I wonder what was going on in her head... "Have my parents gone mad!?"

Adorable! Melissa wouldn't touch her first cake. We hadn't really given her many sweets before, so she had no idea what she was supposed to do with it!
