Chase helped me make Fiona's birthday cheesecake. You would think baking to be a safe activity, but not long after taking this picture of Chase, he fell off the stool - with his hands still in his pockets ... Soon we were at the hospital where one of Ben's friends took a look at Chase's chin. (Exciting things always seem to happen while Ben is out of town). No stitches needed, but he will have a cool scar on his chin (in the same spot as 80% of all boys!)

I was just catching up on older posts...and read this one. So now Chase and Carter are twins with matching scars...with 80% of other boys. :) But what a sad story to tell how he get his battle wound. Baking??? He's going to need to make something up... :) Too bad we weren't right down the street when you took him in so I could help you out with your kids like you helped me out when Carter split open his chin. Miss you lots!
